Time For Bed Said Zebedee

This iconic phrase was the closing words for the Magic Roundabout every night, even now as an adult I can still clearing remember these words being spoken by Zebedee while the theme tune played as the show ended for that evening.

The Zebedde (Zébulon) character was a "Jack In The Box" that wore a bright yellow jacket and had a shiney spring instead of feet, and would often be accompanied by a Boing sound whenever he disappeared.

The closing lines from the show were, Zebedee called to eveyone. "Time for bed." to which Florence replied "Already?"
